In the duo's attempts to get it back, DoodleBob finds more ways to harm them, such as drawing a hole beneath their feet, knocking Patrick out with a bowling ball and a wrench. He then attacks SpongeBob and Patrick and steals the Magic Pencil.

People also began using his signature "mihoyminoy" cry as a way to punctuate their jokes, inserting it into videos. Doodlebob remained an iconic Spongebob character, but didn't begin to achieve meme status until February 8th, 2013, when an image macro of Doodlebob appeared on "memegenerator": memes/sites/memegenerator.
